Our Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with MetriQuill. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for paid subscriptions.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only. To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@metriquill.com with your account email and order number.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period
  • Your data and reports remain accessible until the subscription ends

Exceptions — When We Will Refund

Outside of the 14-day guarantee, we will issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
  • The Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing paid features and we were unable to resolve it within 7 days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial purchase (unless covered by exceptions above)
  • Renewal charges (we send a reminder email before each renewal)
  • Requests based on unused features that were available to you
  • Account terminations due to violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email support@metriquill.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly through your receipt email.
