We want you to be satisfied with MetriQuill. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only. To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@metriquill.com with your account email and order number.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly through your receipt email.
