By accessing or using MetriQuill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MetriQuill is operated by an individual developer and provided as a software-as-a-service tool for marketing professionals.
MetriQuill is a web-based reporting tool that allows users to upload advertising data (CSV files exported from Meta Ads Manager and other platforms), generate visual reports, and export those reports as PDF files. The Service also provides AI-generated insights based on the uploaded data.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

MetriQuill offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paddle). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
Your uploaded advertising data is processed to generate reports and is stored securely in our database. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI insights are generated by sending anonymized campaign metrics to Google's Gemini API. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
MetriQuill and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the advertising data you upload or the reports you generate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or suitable for your specific business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetriQuill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
